Refund Policy for Petaluma Technologies

At Petaluma Technologies, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy outlines your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

1. Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. The return must be initiated within **30 days** of receiving your purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@bsure.ai with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
- Items purchased as "final sale" or during promotional events.
- Downloadable software or digital products (if applicable).
- Gift cards.

 

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within **7-10 business days**. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved, only the cost of the product will be refunded. The cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

 

4. Exchanges and Damaged Boots
If you receive a damaged B-Sure Boot, please contact us immediately at info@bsure.ai. We will evaluate the issue and replace the boots as soon as possible. Please note that all B-Sure Boots are the property of Petaluma Technologies and are provided on a subscription basis.

 

5. Subscription Conditions
The availability of the **B-Sure Boot** is contingent upon maintaining sufficient subscriptions to justify its placement at your stable. If there are not enough active subscriptions, **Petaluma Technologies** reserves the right to reclaim the boot. In such cases, you will be notified in advance and provided with instructions for the return.

 

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has shipped, the return and refund policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact us at **[Insert Contact Email]** as soon as possible.

 

7. Exceptions
In certain circumstances, we may provide refunds or store credit at our discretion. These cases will be reviewed individually, and approval will depend on the nature of the issue.
